Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PlanVector, provided by Randy Brown Advisory, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using PlanVector or connecting a QuickBooks company to it, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
PlanVector is a financial planning and analysis tool that reads accounting data from systems you connect (including Intuit® QuickBooks® Online) to produce financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and analysis.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use PlanVector for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
3. Your responsibilities
- You represent that you are authorized to connect the QuickBooks company you select and to permit us to access its data on your behalf.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
- You will use PlanVector in compliance with applicable law and with your agreement with Intuit.
4. QuickBooks connection
When you connect QuickBooks, you authorize PlanVector to access the accounting data described in our Privacy Policy (read-only). You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting within PlanVector or within QuickBooks.
5. Not professional advice
PlanVector produces reports and analysis for informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, audit, financial, or legal advice, and outputs may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the source data. You are responsible for reviewing results and for decisions you make based on them.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own PlanVector and all related software and materials. You retain all rights to your own business data. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that data to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers
PlanVector is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of PlanVector. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Term and termination
You may stop using PlanVector and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as required to protect the service. Upon termination, the license ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
